A Day to Celebrate Mothers
As it’s Mother’s Day on Sunday, it gave me cause to reflect, what the purpose of Mother’s Day is. Over the past few weeks, kinder and primary school children will have been busy creating gifts and cards for their mums. Partners and older children will be racking their brains on what to buy at the shops. Countless ideas are provided by advertising, as Mother’s day is very commercialised.
